Mountview’s Super Saturday a Devine success

Devine - Mountview - park  More  than 250 locals rushed to inspect 10 outstanding homes and savings of up to $20,000 at Mountview in Redbank Plains over the weekend. The Super Saturday event saw local builders Devine, Achievement Homes, Colonial, Hancock Homes, Prospero and InVision offer one-off savings on 10 complete homes. Devine General Manager Communities Andrew Brimblecombe said Super Saturday had attracted strong interest from the local community. “Our sales consultants were extremely busy over the weekend, with high traffic volumes through the 10 open homes,” he said. “They received very positive feedback on the product, with several customers returning for private tours of the homes after their initial look.” Together with the Super Saturday savings, Mountview’s quality homes and its excellent location close to shops, transport and amenities; Mr Brimblecombe said the homes were a superb opportunity for buyers. On completion, Devine’s Mountview community will be home to 1300 families. Residents of the community will have access to a planned retail and commercial centre, which will be anchored by a major supermarket chain and feature specialty shops, a fast food outlet, service station, tavern and child care centre. There are also plans for a proposed train station linking Ipswich and Springfield Lakes, with a Redbank Plains South Station.
