Tree construction has commenced on Stage 6 of Genesis.

COOMERA’S $150 million Genesis community has launched its final 63-lot land release to market and property buyers have already purchased half of them.

With lots selling for an average price of $205,000, buyers have rushed to snap up their own slice of the award-winning 600-lot resort-style community situated in one of South East Queensland’s fastest growing regions. Property services group and selling agent Oliver Hume predicts the final release, (Stage 6) will sell out completely within the next two months. Oliver Hume Joint Managing Director Brinton Keath said Genesis was a quality community that had been impressing buyers since its establishment in 2004, and the new Stage 6 had been highly anticipated. “Stage 6, with an end value represents a limited opportunity to buy into this stunning, established, master-planned community,” he said. “This quality land release features some great low-maintenance, lifestyle homesites suitable for a range of buyers, from first home buyers ready to take their first steps onto the property ladder, to astute investors. “Pre-sales have been brisk and we look forward to selling the balance of homesites fairly quickly due to Genesis’ status as a prime Gold Coast investment.” Tree clearing for Stage 6 has already commenced, with home construction to start soon. Titles for the homesites are expected in July 2015. Homesites are an average size of 250sqm and are situated close to the prime elevated sites, directly attached to the $3 million Genesis Residents Club. Surrounded by spectacular parkland, Genesis is perfectly located just 45 minutes to the Brisbane CBD and 20 minutes to the Gold Coast’s stunning beaches, shopping and attractions. It offers highly desirable lifestyle combining quality amenity, a community atmosphere and natural bushland. The community features six kilometres of walking trails, barbecue facilities and shelters, picturesque lakes with rotunda style viewing areas and a $750,000 interactive children’s playground. The Club offers exclusive use of a gym, business centre, cinema room, indoor/outdoor function area, swimming pool, barbecue facilities and onsite manager. The Coomera railway station is only a seven-minute drive away and nearby is the Pacific Motorway with access to Brisbane. Educational facilities in the area include Coomera Rivers State School, Pimpama State Secondary College, Upper Coomera State College, Coomera Primary School, Coomera Springs State School, Saint Stephen’s College and Pimpama State Secondary College. Shopping and recreational facilities are close, including the Westfield Helensvale Shopping Centre and Gainsborough Golf Course only four kilometres away.
