Ridgeline hits 95% sales as buyer activity ramps up

IMG_7064THE GOLD Coast’s  $23.5 million Ridgeline residential development at Pimpama is nearing sell-out with 95 per cent of homesites already snapped up by eager buyers, according to property services group Oliver Hume.

Oliver Hume has sold 118 lots from Stages 2, 3 and 4 at the Partners-in-Property development, with prices for homesites ranging from $185,000 to $216,000. The company expects that the development will be sold out by Easter. Oliver Hume Joint Managing Director Brinton Keath said Pimpama was currently one of the hottest residential markets in all of Queensland. “Pimpama has enjoyed incredible growth over the past 12 months and Ridgeline has been well positioned to take advantage of this,” he said. “The market has been moving so quickly that prices have increased by $20,000 per lot over the past 12 months. Three of Ridgeline’s residential stages are now sold out and we have been struggling to keep up with demand.” He said buyers, particularly first home buyers were attracted to the area due to its affordable, quality homesites; and proximity to transport and services. “Ridgeline is a beautiful community that offers a prime lifestyle and superb value. For first home buyers looking to get into the market, it’s an excellent opportunity.” Construction on Ridgeline commenced two and a half years ago on the back of the Gold Coast City Council’s Kick Start initiative. The initiative includes a major infrastructure charges reduction package to help kick start construction. Ridgeline has great access to transport; with the Coomera railway station a seven-minute drive away and The Pacific Motorway with access to Brisbane nearby. Educational facilities in the area include Coomera Rivers State School, Pimpama State Secondary College, Upper Coomera State College, Coomera Primary School, Coomera Springs State School, Saint Stephen’s College and Pimpama State Secondary College. Shopping and recreational facilities are close, including the Westfield Helensvale Shopping Centre and Gainsborough Golf Course only four kilometres away. More shopping can be found nearby at Ormeau and Oxenford, while Logan Hyperdome and Robina Town Centre are only a short drive away. For more information visit www.oliverhume.com.au
