Nature-inspired display opens at Canopy Bardon

Bardon-013-MED Pradella Property Venture’s popular Canopy Bardon continues to set a new benchmark in apartment living with the unveiling of its first display apartment. Open to the public, the new display is a unique collaboration between Pradella Property Ventures, Noble House Design and renowned local designer Rachel Mcijan. The display is a milestone addition to Canopy Bardon, a boutique development of low-rise apartments nestled in the foothills of Mount Coot-tha. More than 75 per cent of the community has already sold out and the first residents are expected to move into the development in mid-2015. Pradella Property Ventures Managing Director David Pradella said buyers would get the opportunity to see how spacious Canopy Bardon’s apartments were. “Our display apartment has been expertly designed to provide plenty of space for comfortable and relaxed urban living. Our two bedroom apartments are over 20 per cent larger and one bedroom apartments are over 40 per cent larger on average than comparable inner-city apartments currently on the market,” he said. “Buyers can also experience how the inspired use of natural colours and textures pay homage to the natural surrounds. Ideally orientated to take advantage of the mountain views and green space, the apartment feature spacious balconies that infuse the apartment with a distinct sense of tranquility.” He said Pradella Property Venture’s signature attention to detail – carefully chosen with preference for sustainability, healthy living and environmentally sustainability – informed every aspect of the display apartment’s design. Noble House – Interior Designer Rachel Micjan said the design was inspired by Canopy Bardon’s natural surroundings and focused on comfortable living for young, modern families. “The design incorporated the natural elements that are in the development so I used earthy tones, natural timbers and colours like black, taupe and leafy greens,” she said. “The apartment has a contemporary look that is fresh and stylish.” She said the apartment’s natural timber dining table was her favourite feature. Upon completion, Canopy Bardon will include one, two and three bedroom apartments and across three individual low-rise stage releases, with Stage 1, 2 and 3 now available. The complex will feature outdoor BBQ pavilions, bicycle storage, outdoor living and dining garden rooms, an exercise circuit with exercise stations. One-bedroom apartments are priced from $399,000; two-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms and car park are priced from $509,000 (just one remains for sale) and two-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms, two car parks and study are priced from $559,000. Canopy Bardon’s sales office is located at 390 Simpsons Road, Bardon. Opening hours are 10am-4pm Wednesday and Sunday. For more information visit www.canopybardon.com.au or call 1300 794 177.
